I found the hotel to be very close to the subway, making it perfect for travel around London. The room was as expected, clean, and comfortable despite being on the small side. The location is central, just a 2-minute walk from Earl's Court Station, which was ideal for my short stay. The dining experience was average, enjoying a delicious pasta dish but noticing some maintenance issues in the bathrooms. The stay was hassle-free, and the upfront payment request was fair for the one-night stay.

My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near the tube station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, the rooms were a bit dirty and uncomfortably warm due to the high temperature inside. The service was lacking during the tube strike, but the housekeeping was satisfactory.

Rooms
5.0
The rooms were a bit dirty because of the very high temperature inside, and the setup with cafe style tables in the bar area was not relaxing. Additionally, being next to the train tracks with no noise-canceling windows was inconvenient.
Service
6.0
The service wasn't friendly during the tube strike, but the location just off the busy street on a quiet road with nearby shops was convenient. Housekeeping was decent.
Location
8.0
The location was about the only good thing about this place, with easy access to shops, restaurants, the underground, and all the sights London has to offer.
Dining

7.4/10

The hotel's location is fantastic, just a minute walk to Earl's Court underground and a 10-15 minute walk to the Nature Historic Museum. The rooms had all the facilities I needed, but being next to a tube line with trains passing every minute or so made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service was friendly overall, but we encountered a bad start with a clueless staff member about parking. The dining experience in a different location down the road was excellent, with a good selection of dishes available. The hotel's facilities were adequate, and the price was reasonable for the value offered.

Rooms
7.0
The rooms were in between the third and fourth floors and had all the facilities I needed, fresh towels, and linen.
Service
6.0
The staff were friendly overall, but there was a confusing and unhelpful experience regarding parking from one staff member.

The location is amazing, being right next to a busy railway line with trains running till after midnight. It's convenient for accessing the underground and various cafes and restaurants within walking distance.
Dining

The dining experience was excellent in another building on the opposite side to reception, with a good selection of dishes available.

Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right across from the underground station, making it super convenient for exploring London. However, the room we initially got was extremely noisy due to its proximity to the train line, and even after finally changing to a quieter room, it was smaller than expected. Breakfast at the sister hotel was a bit of a hassle with long waits for tables. The staff had some service issues, like not being helpful with parking and being uncooperative with room changes. The dining experience was decent, with hot and tasty options available. Overall, the stay had its challenges but also some positives.

My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is fantastic, close to public transportation and top attractions, but the rooms were a bit tight and lacked Wi-Fi for smartphones. The service from the staff was phenomenal, yet the dining options were a bit overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.

Rooms
6.0
The twin room I stayed in was slightly bigger than expected, but still felt tight with a double bed near the toilet door. Unfortunately, there was no Wi-Fi available for smartphones.
Service

Location

The hotel's proximity to Earl's Court Underground station was a huge plus, making it easy to explore London's main attractions. However, the surrounding area seemed a bit shabby and rough.
Dining

The hotel's facilities were adequate for a short stay, but nothing exceptional stood out in terms of amenities or services.
