Reviews and Ratings
I found the hotel to be very close to the subway, making it perfect for travel around London. The room was as expected, clean, and comfortable despite being on the small side. The location is central, just a 2-minute walk from Earl's Court Station, which was ideal for my short stay. The dining experience was average, enjoying a delicious pasta dish but noticing some maintenance issues in the bathrooms. The stay was hassle-free, and the upfront payment request was fair for the one-night stay.
My stay at the hotel had its ups and downs. The location was fantastic, near the tube station and surrounded by shops and restaurants. However, the rooms were a bit dirty and uncomfortably warm due to the high temperature inside. The service was lacking during the tube strike, but the housekeeping was satisfactory.
The hotel's location is fantastic, just a minute walk to Earl's Court underground and a 10-15 minute walk to the Nature Historic Museum. The rooms had all the facilities I needed, but being next to a tube line with trains passing every minute or so made it hard to get a good night's sleep. The service was friendly overall, but we encountered a bad start with a clueless staff member about parking. The dining experience in a different location down the road was excellent, with a good selection of dishes available. The hotel's facilities were adequate, and the price was reasonable for the value offered.
Staying at this hotel had its ups and downs. The location was excellent, right across from the underground station, making it super convenient for exploring London. However, the room we initially got was extremely noisy due to its proximity to the train line, and even after finally changing to a quieter room, it was smaller than expected. Breakfast at the sister hotel was a bit of a hassle with long waits for tables. The staff had some service issues, like not being helpful with parking and being uncooperative with room changes. The dining experience was decent, with hot and tasty options available. Overall, the stay had its challenges but also some positives.
My stay at the hotel was a mix of good and not-so-good experiences. The location is fantastic, close to public transportation and top attractions, but the rooms were a bit tight and lacked Wi-Fi for smartphones. The service from the staff was phenomenal, yet the dining options were a bit overpriced. Overall, a decent stay with some room for improvement.
